BUQUEBUS FERRY - ATLANTICO III
Buenos Aires to Montevideo
This high speed ferry was the most luxurious we've ever seen anywhere in the world.

We had some anxious moments aboard this vessel.  It suddenly slowed and there was a huge cloud of black smoke behind the ship.  The captain eventually came on the PA announcing, in Spanish, that there was a technical problem with one of the engines and that we would have to maintain a lower RPM than normal and that we'd be an hour late.  Turns out we were two hours late and every time the captain would try to power up, awful, thick, sinister black smoke poured out of the starboard screw.  But all's well that ends well!
