MAMA'S FISH HOUSE - MAUI, HAWAII
This place has it all - beautiful location right on the
Pacific Ocean, wonderfully pleasant servers and best of all -- extremely fresh

ANTHONY'S PIER 4 - BOSTON, MASSACHUSETTS
Popular with both tourists and locals, this is a fantastic
restaurant serving the freshest of New England with a beautiful harbor view.

BRISAS DEL MAR - ARUBA
A great setting right on the Caribbean this humble little
place packs in locals and tourists alike with plenty of fresh seafood.

GALATOIRES - NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA
A true seafood gem in the "quadda" as New Orleanians refer to
the French Quarter. The place has been around forever and serves great
fresh seafood. The sea trout with various sauces is out of this world.

CAPTAIN KIDD'S - REDONDO BEACH, CALIFORNIA
The variety of seafood (fresh and live) offered at this place
is stunning. It's little more than a seafood market with a few picnic
tables but you'll get an outstanding meal here. Their web site is

GOLD COAST SEAFOOD RESTAURANT -
SINGAPORE
This is one of several seafood restaurants right on the shore
of the South China Sea in a place known as the UDMC Seafood Centre. You come
here for the live seafood. Live fish, live crabs and live shrimp.
Our favorite dish here is the national dish -- Singapore chili crabs. Our

CRACKED CONCH - GRAND CAYMAN, CAYMAN ISLANDS
This isn't a very fancy place but it's incredible if you like
conch. Start out with conch fritters, then have conch chowder, then go for
the big play - cracked conch served with tangy tartar sauce. Their web

SKIPPERS SEAFOOD BISTRO - EDINBURGH, SCOTLAND
This delightful little place is right on the shore and serves
extremely fresh fish. But try and get a reservation because it's popular

LA CARAVELLA - VENICE, ITALY
Great seafood fresh from the nearby Adriatic sea.

Whenever we're in Nassau we always dine here. This is
upscale dining but not quite as stuffy as some other fancy restaurants on the
