This restaurant at the Shangri-La Hotel is incredible.
I don't know how they do their dim sum so well. The quality is outstanding
and it is brought out in waves rather than using the traditional carts.

SEA PALACE - AMSTERDAM, NETHERLANDS
Right on the water with outstanding food. Although it doesn't
float, It's kind of like a baby "Jumbo" from Hong Kong only with friendly

FLOATA - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA
This is Canada's largest Chinese restaurant but it's also
damned good. Their dim sum (rolling carts with various items) is

SAM WO'S - SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA
Rickety and old, this is still one of our favorites although
we still miss a special and famous waiter named Edsel Ford Fong. Our

JUMBO'S FLOATING RESTAURANT - ABERDEEN HARBOR, HONG KONG,
CHINA
One of the rudest restaurants in this extremely rude city but
still it's so unique, we had to include it here. When you're in Hong Kong,
