 There are three main islands in Malta -- Malta, by far is the biggest.  Gozo is a small island measuring just 7 by 9 miles around.  It is reached from the main island by ferry.  The third Maltese island is absolutely tiny.  It is called Comino. The Maltese love Gozo because the pace is much, much slower than on the main island.  Do try to see it if you go to Malta.
