BUENOS AIRES STREET SCENES - DOS

Port cops in Puerto Madero.  The place was crawling with them.

View along walkway in Puerto Madero.

Night view of swinging bridge in Puerto Madero.

Luxury--better than biz class on jets--long distance bus.

That's per liter or about $3 U.S. per gallon.

Ritzy Belgrano neighborhood.

More Belgrano.

Big tree. Not a banyan but very similar.

U.S. Embassy - Can you say ugly!  Looks like a prison camp.

They sell advertising space on many street signs.  Smart idea for non traditional revenue.  We should do that in the U.S.!

They aren't big on commuter trains here for some reason but we managed to catch one in action.

View of the brown (look closely) Rio de la Plata from the Hilton.  It's brown with nutrients that come down from the jungles up north.
