PUERTO MADERA
Up until the late 80s or early 90s, this old port area had fallen into severe disrepair.
Homelessness was a serious problem as was crime.  Now, however, it has become the
"newest" and safest section of Buenos Aires.  You see new construction everywhere.


Interesting bridge that swings open to allow traffic to pass.

In the red brick building and to the right is the city's best shrine to meat - Cabana Las Lilas.  But book reservations early!
